Uploads, processing and deletion
Photos are used to generate the requested scene and video through Popcraft. Cloudflare stores private files and runs the website. Source photos and paid videos are scheduled for deletion after seven days; free preview access expires within 24 hours. Confirmed failed tasks remove their source media. Provider-side retention follows the provider’s policy and is not controlled by deleting our copy.
Accounts, orders and service messages
We keep account and transaction records needed to deliver orders, handle refunds and prevent abuse. Optional Google sign-in verifies identity; email verification is required before linking prior guest purchases. The same verified email may recover this site’s historical videos, orders and remaining entitlements. This does not recover expired or deleted files.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores private files, account records and email delivery, and runs Turnstile human verification. Popcraft processes photos to prepare the scene (GPT Image 2.5) and the video (WAN 3.0); APIMart is a backup provider for the same models. Whop processes payments once checkout opens; we never see full card details. Google provides optional sign-in. Google Analytics runs only if you allow optional analytics. We do not sell uploaded photos or use them to train our own models.
Children
The service is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. Do not upload photos of children. The only human-photo option is Heaven Hug, using your own adult portrait and separate consent.
Your choices
You can request access or deletion through support@dayofthedeadpet.com. Financial records may need to be retained separately from media. Essential cookies keep sessions and private previews working. Optional analytics require the applicable consent choice; we do not sell uploaded photos.
