Results and permissions
AI can change likeness, markings or movement. Preview the result before buying; no exact identity or fixed delivery time is guaranteed. You retain rights in your uploads and permit the processing needed to fulfil your request. Videos do not come with rights to any third-party music you add.
Previews and purchases
One free preview attempt per device or network in a rolling 24 hours is subject to verification, capacity and a shared daily cost budget. When video capacity is exhausted, a watermarked still preview may be offered within the remaining image budget. Purchases are one-time video entitlements, not subscriptions. Available scene and pack facts shown before checkout form the order snapshot.
Content rules and enforcement
Outside Heaven Hug, do not upload people. Heaven Hug permits only the adult uploader with their own pet and explicit consent; minors are always prohibited. Do not upload nudity, violence or gore, hateful or harassing material, copyrighted characters, film frames, or animals you have no right to depict. We and our model providers may refuse a photo, stop a generation, remove files or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Refunds for blocked requests follow the refund policy.
Payments
Payments are one-time charges in USD processed by our payment provider (Whop). There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Video entitlements are not cash, cannot be transferred and are used only on this site.
Private delivery and expiry
Save delivered files within seven days. Unused paid entitlements do not expire, but files do. A brand ending is optional on paid downloads. Creating another model result is different from switching between already prepared download versions.
