One satisfaction re-creation
You may use the allowance once for each purchased video, including each of the six videos in the any-template pack. It does not create an unlimited loop or a new re-creation allowance. A technical failure does not consume the satisfaction allowance; an uncertain task is reconciled before any replacement is submitted.
Payment problems
Contact support@dayofthedeadpet.com with your order reference for a duplicate charge, non-delivery or a material technical defect. Unused entitlements may be requested for refund within 14 days. Approved refunds return through the original payment provider and revoke the related entitlements. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Before taking payment
The independent payment setup is undergoing acceptance. Checkout remains closed until the payment and delivery checks are complete. An email enquiry is not a promise that payment or fulfilment is available.
